- What is involved with booking a session?

When you book your session with Tayson Photography, you receive the highest level of service and quality. We personalize every detail of your experience and this all begins with your consultation. It's a relaxing and fun time where we plan everything from hair & makeup to clothing and location. We will discuss how you want to display your exceptional custom portraits in your home, and plan images that reflect every part of who you are while also preparing for your sales appointment. We want to ensure that you are able to confidently make product selections with our guidance and expertise.
During your consultation we will plan 3 dates:
- The consultation
- The session date
- Premiere (sales) appointment
A commission fee is due at the time of booking your session to secure your dates.
- What do I get for the commission fee?

The commission fee is due on the date of your consultation and is non-refundable. This fee covers your personalized consultation, our time and talent to capture your one-of-a-kind portraits, the image preparation and the sales appointment where you view and select your images and products.
The commission fee does not include any images or products and is required in order to secure your session date and sales appointment on our calendar.
- How long before I can view my images?

We shoot live. This means you can view a quick glimpse of your session on our iPad at the end of your session. You will love this opportunity and it will create excitement for your premiere sales session.
Your viewing and premiere sales appointment is typically scheduled 5-10 business days after your session. You will come to the studio to view the images from your session and choose your custom designed products for displaying in your home.
We require that all decision makers are present at your appointment. In order to ensure the best experience possible, and the highest level of satisfaction, we will not proceed with a sales appointment if all decision makers are not present.
We will provide light refreshments during your sales session so all you are required to do is relax and let us guide you through the process as you view your images. This is a very exciting time that is full of emotion, and you can rest assured that we are highly trained in helping you put together the best possible ways to display and enjoy your final images.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

The process of creating your custom art takes time and depends on your final selections. Typically your order will be ready 3-5 weeks after the sales appointment. I will keep you informed as we wait and your order may be picked up from the studio or I am happy to deliver local orders as my schedule permits.
Payment for your order is due in full at the premiere appointment.
